**The Opportunity**: A Custodian to provide custodial services and regular cleaning of classrooms, labs, offices, corridors, and washrooms in assigned areas. The incumbent assists in the moving of furniture, equipment, and office moves, as well as set-ups for special college functions (i.e. graduation, examinations, college open house, etc.). Cleaning is extended to walls, ceilings, and the resurfacing of all floors - both manual and machine methods are used to accomplish this.

**What you need to be successful**:

- high school education
- minimum of one year of work experience as a caretaker/cleaner in a commercial/institutional environment, or equivalent
- strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
