We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Business Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.
- 5-7 years experience as BA -preferably in an IT environment
- 3-5 years combined SAP SuccessFactors configuration lead experience in SuccessFactors Talent Management
- Demonstratable experience in configuring, managing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management, Succession Management certification preferred)
- Working knowledge of HR business process.

**Nice-To-Have Skills**:

- Spanish would be an asset

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $70.00-$80.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- SAP SuccessFactors configuration: 3 years (required)
- SuccessFactors Talent Management: 1 year (required)
- configuring, managing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
