JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- National S&OP point of contact for the Commercial team - liaising closely with National & Regional Supply, Logistics, Production and Sales And Marketing Stakeholders.
- Creating Action Log’s and ensuring task’s are completed along the way
- Running evaluation scenarios of Portfolio delists & additions, including working closely with the Sr Sales Manager to ensure forecasts are accurate
- Oversee Inventory allocations on products spanning multiple Regions and ensure inventory PAR levels are maintained—Working closely with Sr Sales Manager
- Coordinate Liquor Board & Key Customer Innovation product and other key Inventory load-in phasing /and SKU registrations
- Create new processes for workflow efficiencies ranging from Sales to Marketing
- Run Reports & provide information to other Sales roles when required
- Pricing analyst across industry competitors
- Invoicing and Accounting support with National Office
- File Management and meeting content owner
- IT Support for Team (Laptops / Order Desk)
- Report Owner from Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales reporting
- Monthly Budget Reconciliations
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A University degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field.
- 2-3 years field sales / admin / logistics
- Related package goods or beverage alcohol marketing experience an asset
- Previous Territory Management experience an asset
- Solid knowledge of sales / Logistics functions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to make relationship and Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent presentation skill and Positive leader and developer of self/others
- Experience using SAP an asset and intermediate experience with Excel
- Sound Knowledge of Beer with knowledge of Stanley Park Portfolio
- Ability to multitask and pivot priorities based on importance.
