We are currently searching for an Associate Lawyer to join our Real Estate group, which supports clients throughout Southeastern Ontario in transactional real estate work, commercial/industrial leasing and other real property matters. While we work on real estate transactions daily, not occasionally, our focus is on quality of service to our diverse clientele. This consistency and commitment to our clients is demonstrated through our reputation amongst businesses, institutions, charities, developers, and residents in the Kingston area and beyond.

If you have one to three years’ experience working as a Real Estate lawyer, working on residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions, secured financing and private mortgages, title transfers and basic land use planning/subdivision work, we want to talk to you. Experience in commercial leasing would be a definite advantage. We’re looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, business acumen and the ability to build positive client relationships. Experience with Conveyancer/Unity and Teraview would be an asset.
