**TITLE - BANQUET SERVER**
**STATUS - Seasonal**
**REPORTS TO - Outlets Manager and Director, Food and Beverage**
**DESCRIPTION**:
- Responsible for providing exceptional, courteous, and prompt service to all guests, to ensure the complete “Eagles Nest experience”
- Work scheduled shifts and coming to work with uniform and all the tools required to perform duties.
- Highest standard of custom service
- Ensure prompt service and attending to the needs of the guests
- Set up and tear down banquet hall (refer to Banquet Event Order floor plan)
- Ability to know when not to serve guests who have exceeded the legal alcohol limit
- Move chairs/tables/stages
- Set tables fully (refer to Banquet handbook)
- Sort and put linen away
- Assist fellow co-workers with severing, clearing tables and covering breaks
- Ensure all garbage and recycling is taken to Refuse House and dirty plates and cutlery taken to dish pit and dirty linen to Receiving Bay
- Ensure kitchen servery is cleaned and restocked at end of shift
- Ensure banquet equipment is running/working efficiently and notifying manager on duty if there are any problems
- Perform and execute any other duties requested by your Food and Beverage Management Team
- This position is classified as safety sensitive, defined in accordance with our fit for duty program
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Smart serve certified
- Good understanding of food and beverage industry
- Computer skills - Jonas experience preferred
