**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise daily operations, including production, logistics, and quality control
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Resolve operational issues in a timely manner

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
