Draftsperson

**Job Summary**

This individual should have the ability to complete a variety of design/construction tasks. The design manager will work in conjunction with the Company Lead to ensure that the designs and presentations are completed.

Essential Job Functions:

- Understand and Develop Building Drawings for review.
- Smart Draw, AutoCAD experience is required in a land/building development setting.
- Ability to to prepare and submit Building permits, site plans, floor plans, interior and exterior elevations, and associated scopes
- Aptitude to develop detailed site plans/floor plans with information to include dimensions, setbacks, radiuses as required to satisfy Ontario Building Code Matrix necessary for city permits.
- Prepare presentation materials and proposals for prospective clients or tenants.
- Complete required administrative functions essential to the project

**Compensation**

Salary will be based on experience

A company truck will be provided

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Digital design: 3 years (preferred)
