**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs while ensuring adequate stock availability for spa treatments and retail products.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand based on historical data, market trends, and upcoming promotions or events, adjusting replenishment plans as needed to meet business objectives.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Utilize inventory management software and systems to track inventory movement, monitor stock levels, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.
- Coordinate with spa managers and department heads to align inventory management processes with spa operations and service delivery requirements.
- Develop and maintain inventory management policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Train and mentor inventory management staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective performance of inventory-related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a spa, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems, such as ERP systems, WMS, or inventory tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to accuracy and precision in inventory management processes.
- Leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate a team of inventory management professionals.
