**Description**

The Coordination in this role will provide follow-up support for the Policy Development and Review and Cybersecurity Awareness Program

**Accountabilities**
- Follow up with stakeholders and coordinate in the process for policy development and review
- Track and monitor documentation and stakeholder activities
- Organize meetings and prepare meeting notes
- Follow up on Cybersecurity Awareness Program activities
- Other tasks assigned by Cybersecurity Governance and Performance team and other cybersecurity programs
- Other coordination related tasks as needed
- Perform day to day project coordination activities to support the project and/or program such as organizing meetings, collecting information for status reports, and writing meeting agendas and minutes to enable successful completion of projects safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.
- Assist the project manager in performing financial tasks such as preparing accruals and forecasts by gathering the required financial information, monitoring budgets and actual spending, tracking forecast revisions, updating reports, and coordinating the forecasting development process to support the achievement of the project objectives.
- Organize and upload to document sharing sites, project and/or program materials such as IT Delivery Standard Practices (ITDSP) deliverables using document management systems to ensure easy retrieval, safeguarding, and version control.

**Required**
- (3) years of directly related work experience in a complex IT project environment or equivalent.
- College level program completion in Technology, Business, Communication or related discipline an asset
- Some previous exposure to Cybersecurity projects is not mandatory but a "nice to have
- Must have basic IT computer related skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
