AGM Renovations is looking for you As one of the fastest-growing renovation companies in North America, we are seeking **District Sales Manager** to join our team for an upcoming In-House Campaign.

As a Territory sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, speaking with potential customers, scheduling appointments, managing Open House team, and submitting and approving invoices. With our commitment to quality, execution, and the highest ratings for customer satisfaction, you'll be proud to represent our brand and communicate our message to potential customers.

**Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities**:

- Assist the recruitment team in the selection process for Open House Reps for the Open House Campaign.
- Call previous clients to schedule and organize open house events on weekends
- Train a team of Open House Reps on effective promotion of AGM's services and booking appointments with clients on the spot
- Review and approve invoicing submitted by Open House Reps
- Distribute posters in the client's neighbourhood on Mondays to attract attention and generate interest for the upcoming open house events
- Take overall responsibility for managing the Open House team, including attending the open house events ( 11am-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays)

**Territory Sales Manager Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience is mandatory
- Former management experience is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work on weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays
- Capability to distribute open house posters in residential areas near the former clients' homes one week prior to the event
