Lone Star Mercedes-Benz, Calgary’s premier automotive dealership, is currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Parts Delivery Driver. If you are a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service then we would love to hear from you.

**Employment Type**:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30

**Department**:
Parts

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering wholesale parts and accessories to wholesale customers
- Offering appropriate advice on parts or accessories to wholesale customer inquiries during delivery
- Handling minor customer complaints and/or misunderstandings tactfully, promptly and with genuine concern for the customer's problem
- Ensuring customer information on file is accurate and update as necessary
- Presenting invoices during parts delivery and collecting payment from wholesale customers on COD
- Verifying orders being picked up to ensure correct part numbers, quantities and no damage
- Operating the delivery vehicle in a safe manner at all times, obeying all rules of the road, and follow all appropriate company policies and procedures
- Loading and unloading products in a safe manner, using provided tools as appropriate
- Complete all necessary paperwork at the end of the shift
- Performing other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- High school education or equivalent required
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience
- Mercedes-Benz product knowledge is an asset
- Professional demeanor under stressful situations
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
- Team player who has the ability to work independently
- Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
- Confident working under pressure and able to prioritize work load
