We are currently seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Technician, who is passionate about excelling in their work and takes pride in providing world class service This role is presently focused on our pipe crawler product line, supporting other teammates and production as needed.

**Job Summary**:
We’re seeking a talented technician with diagnostic skills to upgrade and repair our pipe crawler products from our customers and B2B network of dealers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and features to support products, customers and internal team members.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with current and obsolete equipment.
- Adhere to workflow, rules and procedures for biohazard and sanitary equipment.
- Service units per the queue and assist team members with their respective queues.
- Document all actions taken per procedures utilizing paperwork, CRM and ERP.
- Reports to the Lead Technician and Service Manager
- Other duties as required including inventory

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 3-5 years of technical experience with electrical mechanical equipment or similar

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
