**Job description**

Our team is looking for individuals highly connected and passionate in the hockey world that are seeking to make a difference with up & coming hockey prospects. Visionary Sports and Development works closely with high potential student athletes from the Bantam ranks right through to the WHL, NCAA & Pro levels. We value creativity, work ethic and big-picture thinking in team members.
- **We are looking to develop a NEW niche within our business, centered around strength training & conditioning programs for our clientele**_. We'd like to have an in-house coach that can conduct assessments, answer key questions and develop tailored programs for high-performance athletes we work with on a day-to-day basis. Nutrition backgrounds and the ability to tailor nutrition programs to individuals is a key aspect of the position as well.

Day to day activities will include:

- Working with the VS leadership group to develop the initial strength programs & options that will be available to the clientele
- Having a say in the assessments, process and compensation plan for rolling out the different packages within the company
- Providing outreach to the existing VS clientele to introduce the program, options and open up a platform for answering performance questions
- Conducting performance & nutrition assessments
- Tailoring & executing strength, conditioning & performance programs to each athlete, as well as nutrition programs depending on the needs of the client
- Providing new ideas & concepts within the VS team to grow the overall business and find new ways to support our clients away from the ice

Pay: $40,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
