Richmond Property Group (RPG) is a well-established, locally owned company that has grown through excellent service and dedication.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Seasonal Head Gardener to join our team.

We offer a great working environment, competitive wage and benefits. Hours are Monday to Friday with times to be discussed. The season is from March 1st to November 30th.
- Extensive background in gardening and landscaping.
- Knowledge of environmentally sensitive alternatives and practices that help limit or eliminate chemical usage.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems.
- A positive and enthusiastic hands-on approach.
- A commitment to provide the highest quality customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid BC driver’s license.
- Knowledge of WorkSafe BC, WHIMIS certification

Key Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to the following at various locations throughout the Victoria area:

- Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing and removing thatch;
- Trimming and edging around flower beds, walks, and walls;
- Mow and edge lawns using power mowers, hand mowers and edger or other equipment;
- Prune and trim trees, shrubs and hedges using shears, pruners or chain saws.

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
