**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and cooking authentic Irish cuisine, including signature dishes such as traditional stews, Irish-inspired curries, black and white puddings, homemade soda breads, desserts, breakfast, brunch, and a range of other classic main courses.
- Diligently maintaining up-to-date inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Vigilantly inspecting the kitchen and food service areas to guarantee compliance with health, food safety, and COVID-19 protocols, striving to exceed standards.
- Supervising and directing kitchen assistants to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
- Upholding the highest level of cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and all food-related facilities.

**Wage/Salary**:$19.23/hour

**Benefits**:Extended Health Benefits after 90 days; Eligible to receive share of gratuities received

**Hours Per Week**:40 hours per week
