Tree Care Groundsmen

We are looking for an energetic person who wants a physically active job We are locally based, and have over 100 years of combined experience in the tree care industry. If you are looking to join a team with a great culture and learn more about the industry, we would love to hear from you While experience is an asset, we would love to teach someone with the right attitude

**You'll get to**:

- Work with certified arborist to grow your understand of trees care
- Operate various pieces of equipment including chain saws, stump grinders, wood chippers, and bucket trucks
- Perform tree care activities such as pruning, trimming, removals, and stump grinding
- Leave clients happy with a clean site, and a well cared for tree

**Who we're looking for**:

- Someone who enjoys the physical requirements of the role
- Able to work outdoors year round
- Wants to contribute to the culture, and growth
- Able to work independently, and follow instructions of crew lead
- Valid AB Drivers License with a clean record
- First-aid and Air Brakes are an asset, but training can be provided
- Tree care experience is an asset but not necessary

**Benefits available after three months, plans are flexible but include dental, drug, vision, and other services such as massage, acupuncture, etc.**

**About Rosso's Tree Service**:
We started as a small company with a groundsman, truck, and chipper, and have grown to have multiple crews, trucks, chippers, and stump grinders. We are looking to continue to grow our business and meet the needs of Southern Alberta by prioritizing the environment and the needs of the trees. We strive to provide a great culture for our team, a high quality of service for our clients, and a positive impact on the environment.
