**This individual will have a keen interest in continuous professional and personal growth, and sit as an important member of the Huron-Perth Centre team. We are looking for an Admin Support Staff who will adhere to the Centre’s values and philosophies, and be responsible for **administrative support for management and counseling staff for the Centre. Admin Support are front line ambassadors of the Centre and are responsible for providing high quality service to clients through reception and intakes. Areas of responsibility include: administrative functions, general secretarial and reception duties, capturing the initial information from clients and administrative support for analyzing the data.

**What You’ll be Doing**:

- Performs administrative and reception duties on site, including support to direct service staff or management
- Completes intake process with client
- Monitor children not accompanied by an adult and request assistance from direct service staff as needed
- Upholds confidentiality practices in all cases
- Oversees all electronic client data for data system (EMHware)
- Use EMHware (database) to create reports and analyze data to support management and direct service staff
- Arrange and schedule appointments for the direct service staff, special projects, events and production of promotional material
- Operate, troubleshoot and instruct direct service staff on use of office equipment including computer network and workstations, related software, video, fax and copier
- Maintains basic office supplies inventory by taking inventory and ordering
- Deal with issues specific to facility within defined guidelines provided by Business Manager
- Assist in the training of evening reception staff

**What We’re Looking For**:

- OSSGD required, plus college level certificate in business office administration or equivalent.
- **Minimum three years’ experience working in administrative support.**
- Strong communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal),
- Strong organizational and time management skills,
- Professional, self-motivated, conscientious individual, who works well within a team, or independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.54-$25.05 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
