**Job description**

Currently seeking an instructor to train and motivate our students in the Massage Therapy program.

**Qualifications**
- massage therapy service: 2 years
- Registered Massage Therapist with the CMTO
- teaching experience: 1 year

**Responsibilities (but not limited to)**
- Create dynamic classroom / online learning experiences using various teaching strategies to facilitate adult learners in achieving learning objectives in accordance with the program objectives as set out in the curriculum.
- Ensure students are motivated to learn and to maximize their potentials.
- Use different classroom /online learning strategies to ensure knowledge and skills acquisition and retention.
- Prepare academic reports (grading sheet, attendance, academic exercises, and assessments).
- Actively participate to develop and updates curriculum, manuals, and guides as requested by Coordinator and Academic Lead.
- Supervise Student Clinic if needed.
- Maintain fair, firm and consistent discipline with the students
- Regularly monitor student progress and adjust courses accordingly

**Work location**
- Hybrid remote in Scarborough, ON
