**Job Description**:
AECOM Mississauga is actively looking for an Interface Manager for a major LRT project.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible to coordinate interfaces between different ongoing rail infrastructure projects such as tunnels, structures stations and systems.
- Act as a lead on all interface related issued between Project Cos, Technical Advisors, Owner and other vendors and on all projects
- Design and implement interface management processes and procedures for implementation by the team;
- Create, manage and coordinate interface meetings and governance calendar including tracking of milestone dates for relevant meetings;
- Ensure that Early Works and other schedules are correlated and reconciled;
- Manage construction interfaces of non-PPP packages with the future PDB package to ensure that interfaces comply with PPP Output Specifications
- Support the development of mitigation and/or incentives to reduce risks associated with the utility and construction interfaces;
- In collaboration with the rest of project team, provide advice on contract management and interface issues;
- Ensure project schedules are developed and implemented considering interface requirements so that deliverables are provided in a timely manner across the program;
- Oversee individual project milestones as they relate to achieving dates and deadlines for program schedule;
- Review status reports from vendors and address issues with program or portfolio impacts as appropriate;
- Create, maintain and constantly attempt to improve project development, interfacing and implementation processes..

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- 15+ years of experience in managerial role with medium to large construction companies
- University Degree in a relevant engineering discipline
- Experience with at least one project worth at least $500M
- Ability to work 3 to 4 days a week in-person at site office in GTA (likely Mississauga)
- PEng designation or equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong technical knowledge in rail infrastructure projects such as tunnels and stations (underground / at grade / elevated) and signalling
- Ability to manage and coordinate interfaces with different ongoing projects;
- Construction project management, engineering, and interfacing experience among various disciplines;
- Experience with interface and handover with tunnel contract(s) is an asset;
- Experience in multiple delivery models, including DBB, DBF and PDB (collaborative, cost plus etc);
