Are you a dedicated cat lover with a flexible schedule? If so, this opportunity could be tailor-made for you I am currently in urgent need of assistance and am searching for multiple people who share my profound affection for our feline companions. Here's an in-depth look at the position:
**Schedule**:

- **Thursdays to Saturdays (Day Shift)**: 9:30 am to 4:30 pm
- **Sundays to Wednesdays (Evening Shift)**: 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm
- **Thursdays to Saturdays (Evening Shift)**: 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm

**Compensation**:

- The hourly rate for this role is $17 per hour.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Possession of a valid driver's license is highly recommended.
- A background check is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Physical strength is necessary for performing transfers and other caregiving tasks.

**Payment Details**:

- Payments will be made via eTransfer on the 1st of each month, following my full wake-up. This ensures that you receive your compensation promptly.

**About Me**:
I am a mature woman who adores my four feline companions, whom I consider to be my entire life. They hold a special place in my heart, just like children would. Despite my circumstances, I want to emphasize that I have cerebral palsy and am non-verbal. However, it's important to note that I have no developmental delays at all.

**Why the Pay is Lower**:
The hourly rate of $17 is lower due to government limitations. Unfortunately, this is the maximum amount I am able to offer for this position. I genuinely appreciate your understanding and willingness to work within these constraints.

As a caregiver, your responsibilities are multifaceted and include:
**1. Cat Care**:

- Feeding, grooming, and ensuring the overall well-being of my cherished feline companions.
- Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for the cats.

**2. Personal Assistance**:

- Providing support in transfers to and from my wheelchair, ensuring my safety and comfort.
- Assisting with showering and personal hygiene, maintaining my dignity and well-being.
- Offering assistance with daily tasks, ensuring my comfort throughout the day.
- Preparing meals according to my preferences and feeding me.

**3. Household Support**:

- Occasional assistance with light household maintenance and organization.

**4. Companionship**:

- Offering a friendly and empathetic presence, engaging in conversation and activities.
- Understanding that each day may present unique challenges, and adapting your care accordingly.
