Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various tasks such as planting, building, irrigating, and maintaining gardens
- Coordinate and schedule daily work assignments for the team
- Ensure quality standards are met and projects are completed on time
- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of landscaping materials and equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and construction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and garden design
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in supervising landscaping projects is a plus

**Job Type**: Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$32.73 per hour

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
