Join our Dining Services team as one of our valued **Dietary Aides**. As our **Dietary Aide**, you are responsible for professional table service supporting a superior dining experience for residents and guests. You value courtesy and will perform duties in a manner that meets or exceeds resident and family expectations as well as MOHLTC, Public Health, and Company standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take individual orders from residents/guests and serve according to personal diets and preferences
- Provide food service to residents and guests in a manner that promotes dignity and comfort while fostering a home-like atmosphere
- Efficiently perform departmental cleaning such as clearing and resetting of tables, gathering and sorting linens, etc.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Work collaboratively and cohesively as a member of our team, including all departments
- Participate in special events as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Safe Food Handlers certification and Smart Serve required
- Must have successfully completed or be enrolled in the Food Service Worker's program - **OR** - proof of enrollment in secondary or post secondary educational institution
- Must be able to work varied shifts including weekends, call-ins, and holidays as assigned;
- Excellent communication skills and able to work as part of a team
