*Responsibilities*
- Develop customized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique is maintained.
- Educate clients on fitness principles, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with clients.
- Execute client testing to indicate any injuries, weaknesses or other hinderances
- Maintain a clean and organized training space, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, certifications, and new training techniques.

*Requirements*
- Certification from a recognized personal training organization is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
- Self motivated
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in motivating others.
- Excellent time management skills to effectively schedule sessions and manage client needs.
- Previous experience in a personal training or fitness-related role is an advantage.
- A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
