ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) Analyst

**PURPOSE**:
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the ERP Analyst will assist the team with the full deployment and maintenance of the ERP system. The ERP Analyst, working with the VP of Operations and the Supply Chain Manager, will lead the full deployment of the ERP (already in progress). The ERP Analyst will then ensure staff are trained and supported to maintain the ERP system.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist in the development of appropriate MRP policies, with the support of an independent ERP consultant and management.
- Assist in devising the appropriate inventory level calculation tools to empower the supply chain team to independently set MRP policies, while also achieving the corporation's goals in terms of inventory carrying costs and inventory turns.
- Prepare and participate in the training of operations group staff in the processing of sales orders, MRP, invoices, production (assembly) orders, transfer orders, packing lists, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of custom reports (Power BI) with the support of an independent IT consultant and management.
- Assist in the design, and lead the testing, of ERP customizations.
- Develop training materials and procedures for all functional tasks of the operation's group as it relates to the ERP.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education
- Minimum Three to Five (3-5) years of relevant work experience with an ERP, preferably MS NAV (MS Dynamics), in the areas of manufacturing and purchasing/procurement.
- General networking and IT experience considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, including written and verbal
- Strong data analysis skills, coupled with demonstrated attention to details and accurate results.
- Good decision-making & problem-solving capabilities
- Strong computer skills - experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
