**Duties**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with legislation.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct internal COR safety audits and act as point of contact for external COR safety audits.
- Plan and conduct safety meetings.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safe work practices and emergency procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with senior management to promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, and compliance activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar HSE role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively train others.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for conducting thorough investigations and audits.
- Ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization to promote a culture of safety.
- Relevant safety certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of oilfield transportation industry is preferred.
