**Job Description**:
As the IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's IT operations and infrastructure. You will work closely with a third-party provider to manage our outsourced IT infrastructure and services. Your key responsibilities will include leading and implementing IT projects, managing the company's IT systems, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and the third-party provider. Your project management expertise will be essential in successfully coordinating IT initiatives and achieving project goals on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Liaise with the third-party IT provider to manage the company's outsourced IT infrastructure and services.

Monitor IT systems and infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance with industry standards.

Coordinate IT initiatives with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency and support business goals.

Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to support ongoing IT operations.

Provide technical support and guidance to employees and teams as needed.

Identify opportunities for technology improvements and implement innovative solutions.

Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions and services.

Manage the annual budgeting, vendors, and service providers to ensure cost-effective acquisition of technology purchases, warranties, and service agreements.

Skills and Experience Required:
Vendor and contract management.

Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and domain management.

Experience with VMware server virtualization.

Proficiency in Office 365 and Azure, including hybrid-joined domain environments.

Experience with MS Teams integrated with RingCentral VoIP.

Skills and Experience Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Fortinet firewall or similar security technologies.

Experience with Ubiquiti networking or similar solutions.

Knowledge of Carbon Black Workload Protection.

Experience with Darktrace Detect & Respond.

Proficiency in Veeam backup solutions.

Familiarity with SQL Server.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT project management, with a track record of successfully leading projects.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and security.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with third-party providers and internal teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

PMP certification or a similar project management designation is a strong asset.

Pay: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
