The responsibilities would be recruiting staff, training them on sales floor, maintaining stock levels on floor, (lifting will be required as inventory arrives) assist with store displays, maintain a level of cleanliness and tidiness, greet customers and develop solutions to customer needs, utilize the Company’s POS system, inventory control, to be able to work in a team environment, meeting sales goals. Also being in this position and being a key holder, you will have the responsibility of filling shifts if staff doesn't show up.

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 5 years (required)

Expected start date: 2024-04-01
