The Role

As a Global Mainframe Application Consultant, you will help customers using mainframe, midrange, and cloud to accelerate and scale the delivery of digital.

You will be the customer's Trusted Advisor providing Thought Leadership supporting the transformation of organizations from an on-premises company to a cloud-native, cloud-centric business.

You are at the edge of technology and experienced in mainframe advice, platform engineering, next-gen hybrid cloud, cloud migration, modern operations, and cloud services. As the face of Kyndryl, your role will be to work with our customers, Kyndryl sales and delivery organizations, and Kyndryl Alliance Partners in this exciting environment. You will shape cloud-native solutions ranging from complex transformation to high-value agile delivery using your skills and industry-leading our cross-functional squads to deliver amazing solutions for our customers.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Mainframe Application technologies and management processes - Consulting experience of Mainframe Infrastructure technologies.- Experience of complex Application portfolio migration to Cloud or Hybrid Platform.- Strong communication and client facing skills.-
- Significant Mainframe and Midrange solutions design and implementation. Plus at least two of the following.- Mainframe Infrastructure technologies and management processes - Consulting experience of Mainframe Infrastructure technologies.- In depth knowledge and experience of IBM Mainframe and Midrange hardware and software including connectivity between Mainframe and other platforms.- Strong understanding of IBM mainframe and midrange operating systems and Software Products as well as 3rd party software- Performing of Application Disposition Ana
