**Qualifications**:
Ministry of Education Requirements as outlined in The Education Act and Regulations
History, Intermediate / Honours Specialist, History
Civics - Mutual Consent
Law, Senior
**Key Competencies**:
Demonstrated Culturally Responsive Teaching in order to understand and respond to student voice and lived experiences at Westdale
A demonstrated focus on student achievement and well-being as evidenced through equity, diversity, and inclusion in education in the classroom/school
Demonstrated use of technology to support student learning
Demonstrated knowledge and implementation of the principles of Growing Success
Special Education and/or Teaching English Language Learners qualifications would be an asset

**Interviews are being conducted on**: September 25 & 26, 2024 - A traditional question and answer interview will be conducted through the MS TEAMS platform or in person with a panel of Secondary Principals.
