Hourly Rate: Negotiable (depending on fit for job)Work Hours: 8 hrs/day

**Requirement Specifications**:

- We are looking for Organizational Change Managers with strong change management experience within IT.

**Your experience includes**:

- Knowledge of Change Management
- Experience leading Change Management on IT projects
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement or Agile methodology and Project
- Management for IT projects. Maintaining project documentation related to all the change management activities.
- Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change
- Experience delivering a Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan
- including a communication plan, sponsor reports, training plan, and resistance management plans
- Experience with conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results, identify risks, issues, and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary
- Experience working independently and collaboratively with team members
- Experience in knowledge sharing to ensure the progressive realization of improvements within the change management standards
- Gas industry / utility knowledge or experience.
- Excellent written, oral and listening communication skills with audiences varying from end users to C-level managerment.

- 8 hour shift
