Milling Foreman

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee and manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations
- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
