Intelcom is a company committed to the continuous improvement and optimization of its services to its employees, partners and customers. Reporting to the Optimization team lead, the Route Planner will be responsible for processing delivery data and optimizing routes for several stations using different software.

Efficiently plan the routes of delivery drivers with the route planning and optimization software;
Ensure that routes meet defined criteria and make adjustments if necessary;
Communicates promptly with the team lead on technical problems or other situations that could cause delays in the optimization schedule;
Monitor truck departures according to the stations schedule and reports delays or other problems to the team lead;
Ensure the accuracy of data before, during and after processing according to the respective protocols;
Perform data cleaning and geolocation of addresses in error status according to the procedure in place;
Attend daily team meetings and participate in the improvement of the department by pointing out the stakes and difficulties of the optimizations;
Work in collaboration with team members and provides support when necessary;
Perform all other responsibilities and/or other related duties as assigned by his immediate supervisor.

**Qualifications**:
1 year experience in a data entry role or similar position;
Bilingual, French and English;
Must be diligent and punctual;
Able to work under pressure, independently and efficiently;
Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail;
Team player, able to connect with people and work in close collaboration with colleagues;
Ability to navigate in a changing and fast-growing environment;
Experience in the field of transportation and logistics is an asset.

Knowledge of geocoding is an asset;

VERSION FRANCAISE Relevant de la cheffe d’équipe Optimisation de route est responsable du traitement des données à l'aide de notre logiciel pour effectuer les corrections d'adresse, le géocodage, préparer et exécuter les optimisations des routes de livraison.

Responsabilités du Planificateur de route:
Identifier et gérer les données pour la précision de la route

Établir une bonne communication avec plusieurs stations (gestionnaires, etc.

Traiter les corrections d'adresse

Collaborer avec l'entreprise pour définir les rôles de nouveaux processus et analyser les résultats des données afin de les améliorer.

Toute autre tâche connexe

Qualifications recherchées:
Un (1) an ou plus d’expérience dans un environnement de service client ou de base de données;
Études post-secondaires un atout;
Connaissance de divers logiciels de traitement de données;
Connaissance du géocodage est un atout;
Excellentes compétences en organisation, communication et coordination;
Bilingue, français et anglais, un atout.
