**About this opportunity**:
We are seeking a System Tester to lead and run performance and characteristics testing to ensure our solution meets all specified requirements. In this role, you'll design and implement test plans, simulate real-world conditions, and identify potential defects or issues that may impact user experience and system performance.

**What you will do**:

- Analyze, plan, and execute the testing of our solution to ensure that it meets the requirements for robustness, stability, performance, and load.
- Automate all testing and reporting.
- Work closely with the Development team, System Architects, Product Management, and Operations to ensure all aspects of the product are considered.

**The skills you bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical discipline.
- 5+ years working as a system tester.
- Performance/Characteristics testing in a cloud-based environment.
- Testing tools such as JMeter, X-ray, Playwright, Postman, etc.
- Strong development and scripting skills with the ability to create load generation tools and stubs as needed.
- BDD/Cucumber.
- Azure/AWS/Google Cloud experience.
- Automation testing.
- SIM and eSIM technology, especially provisioning flow.
- Ericsson Adaptive Inventory is a plus.
- CI/CD (able to build and configure pipelines).
- Docker/Kubernetes setup and deployment.
- High Availability and Geo-Redundant Systems.

**Compensation data**:
Starting salary between $96,000 and $126,000 with a 7.5% annual bonus structure.
