Sublease Optometrist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join our team. As an Optometrist, you will provide comprehensive eye care services to patients of all ages. **Duties**:

- Perform comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity tests, refraction, and ocular health evaluations
- Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases
- Prescribe and fit eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids
- Provide pre
- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients on proper eye care practices and answer any questions or concerns they may have
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry and participate in continuing education opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state license to practice optometry
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to optometry
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Excellent sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of eyewear options to patients
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (Epic) is a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional patient care with empathy and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

**Salary**: $66,771.08-$206,995.79 per year
