Social Media Coordinator

5th World Regenerative Agriculture Corporation is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure that our social media presence aligns with our company's mission and values.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement community engagement and content strategies to drive participation, growth, and retention.
- Planning and tracking the editorial calendar with the team.
- Content Supervision: Ensuring that our content’s writing, design, and messaging align with the established objectives and tone within the strategy.
- Content Creation: Responsible for creating and reviewing the written content for blogs, newsletters, and websites.
- Moderate community discussions, ensure compliance with community guidelines, and maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Identify and engage with key community influencers and thought leaders to foster collaboration and advocacy.
- Coordinate and organize virtual events, webinars, and workshops to facilitate learning and networking opportunities within the community.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and customer support, to align community initiatives with overall business goals and campaigns.
- Participating in the development and analysis of reports, continuously seeking to evaluate and improve the performance of content and the strategy.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in community management and implement innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Will support the co-presidents in creating and maintaining their brand, ensuring the message and tone are carefully managed in materials such as posts, articles, white papers, and presentations. Will guide them in simplifying, clarifying, and effectively communicating ideas.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or a related role.
- Proven track record in building and nurturing engaged online communities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, forums, and online community management tools.
- Experience in creating and curating engaging content.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
- Passionate about regenerative agriculture and sustainability.
- Experience in the permaculture or agriculture industry is a plus.
