**Your Opportunity**:
The Dietitian provides direct patient care and acts as a consultant to ensure that patients receive appropriate nutrition care. The dietitian completes nutrition assessments and formulates nutrition care plans for patients in a variety of inpatient and outpatient areas. The primary site will be inpatient units at South Health Campus with opportunities to provide coverage at Peter Lougheed Center and Rocky View General Hospital. The dietitian monitors patient outcomes, communicates with team members, and documents in an appropriate manner.
**Description**:
As a Dietitian I, you may provide nutrition expertise to patients (clients, residents) in various AHS facilities and community settings to achieve nutrition and health outcomes. You may be responsible for nutrition assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of nutrition care plans. You may plan and provide public health nutrition services and education programs to promote healthy living and disease prevention for clients/groups in facilities or community settings. Nutrition education is provided to students and other healthcare professionals to support delivery of evidence based nutrition information.

**Required Qualifications**:
