As the Data Loss Prevention Analyst, you will be expected to have a strong understanding of data loss prevention technologies, system security practices, and data security laws. You will use your DLP experience to collect and analyze system and business data to uncover evolving threats/risks, identify weaknesses and opportunities, and make recommendations. You will translate business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables and be the primary point of contact between key stakeholders and engineers.

**Must live within a commutable distance to Zebra's Mississauga, Ontario, Canada office**

**This is a hybrid role: 3 days in the Mississauga office, 2 days remote**

**Responsibilities**:

- Implements and manages/support enterprise security solutions.
- Manages technical relationships with security software vendors.
- Provides consultation to business on how to implement solutions securely.
- Creates documentation and diagrams for internal and external audiences.
- Conducts risk assessments, analyzing data from various sources, and incorporating
business needs to articulate risk.
- Analyzes data, and builds informational security reports from different sources for a multitier audience (e.g., Executive, Management, and Technical).
- Executes highly meaningful information to management regarding the negative impact on
the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information
and systems.
- Identifies, evaluates, and justifies new solutions to improve the enterprise security posture.

**Qualifications**: Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in IT Security, including security architecture, risk analysis, security solution deployment and configuration, security operations and incident response.
- ** Minimum of 2 years IMPLEMENTING and OPERATING DLP PROGRAMS **REQUIRED**.
- Experience interacting effectively with professionals at all levels with the ability to communicate recommendations with diplomacy and tact required.
- Experience creating, customizing, and managing DLP policies with DLP solutions required.
- Experience creating policies for records management, security, access control and change control for content required.
- Demonstrated experience integrating DLP with other security tools and systems required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong communicator, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience monitoring data files and regulating access to protect secure information.
- High propensity for problem solving and strong critical thinking skills
- Organization and time management and strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including by demonstrating excellent time management and planning skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working across business units with key stakeholders
- Documentation writing skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, program management skills, and a commitment to ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Strong analytical skills, solid judgment, and the ability to evaluate complex business issues
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams involving different partners and groups
- Abiity to act in a professional and confidential manner, and with the highest integrity
- Self‐motivated and willing to adapt to an evolving work environment;
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Working knowledge of NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF)
