Labourer/helper

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Laborer/Helper. As a Laborer/Helper, you will assist in various tasks to support our operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our organization. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Duties**:

- Assist with general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and organizing tools
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as required
- Assist skilled workers in their duties
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
