**About the position**

Reporting to the Manager of the TFS Shop, the duties and responsibilities of this position will include the following:

- Greet customers to the Shop and provide assistance with merchandise selection
- Advise customers on use and care of merchandise, and provide advice concerning specialized products
- Prepare merchandise for sale / purchase
- Process sales transactions using the mode of payment (cash, credit/debit card) selected by the customer if required
- Assist in display of merchandise
- Maintain sales / merchandise ordering records in accordance with internal control procedures for inventory control
- Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems
- May be required to lift heavy objects, climb ladders or stand for an extended period of time
- Other duties as assigned

Due to the nature of this role, the individual is expected to be flexible with their working hours.

**Who we are looking for**
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Demonstrate sales ability and product knowledge
- Retail Management System, 3 years of retail or customer service
- Customer service skills: Respectful, attentive to customer
