The position reports to the Manager of Tax Receipting and Compliance.

The responsibilities and accountabilities of the Data Entry and Processing Support Clerk includes but is not limited to the following roles and responsibilities:

- Accurately and efficiently enter a wide range of data into two integrated computerized systems while ensuring custom requirements are met.
- Review and reconcile data submitted by third parties.
- Process payments; prepare and reconcile bank deposits.
- Data cleaning.
- Reconcile tax receipts and Elections Ontario submissions (Real Time Disclosure - RTD).
- File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned.
- Assist other departments as needed.

Preferred Skills:

- Canadian college diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years relevant data entry experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Data entry typing speed of at least 45 wpm with 98% accuracy
- Computer proficiency (assessment will be administered)
- Must excel in a fast paced, agile environment
- Strong attention to detail is critical
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Ability to quickly learn new proprietary software
- Experience with Raiser's Edge or other fundraising and donor management software would be considered an asset

Please note that this is a full-time position located in our office.
