Responsibilities:

- Perform night audit duties including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, balancing accounts, and generating reports
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phones, making reservations, and providing information about hotel amenities and services
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Please note that this is a night shift position. The Night Auditor will be responsible for performing audit functions during overnight hours.

Full Time Night Audit position required. 32 - 40 hours/week

110 rooms (Harley Davidson side) 57 Gasoline Alley East

Hours: 10pm to 6am

Must be able to do Hotel end of day, ensure balancing of shift reports and Moneris. Answer phones, check guests in and out, do perimeter walks throughout the shift, address guest questions or concerns, make reservations, and prepare the breakfast room for opening.

Must have computer knowledge, POS as well as cash handling. Must be available for schedule changes.

Must dress appropriately (ie: Dress slacks / below knee black/grey skirt / Comfortable shoes (not running shoes) / Office shirts (no tee's, tanks, hoodies etc)

This position requires you to be available 7 days a week.

Hotel Night Audit and Front Desk Experience is mandatory, must have own transportation

Full-time hours: 32 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
