**Requirements**:
- **Minimum of 3 years Experience as a Baker, Pastry or similar role**:
- **Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and Bread slicers, combi ovens**:
- **Understanding of food safety practices**:
- **Experience making wide variety of desserts and bread items from scratch**:
- **Ability to follow and prep recipes associated with Britts menu items other than baking and pastry.**:
- **Excellent time-management skills**:
- **Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment**:
- **Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude**:
- **Flexibility to work in early morning shifts**:
- **Certification from a culinary school is a plus**
**General duties include**
- **Responsible for creation of baked goods and desserts applicable to the Britt's Seasonal menu**:
- **Able to prepare a wide variety of desserts and bread items from scratch.**:
- **Will be required to train other staff or supervise others.**:
- **Prepping menu food items**:
- **Able to write Recipes and submit to Chef**

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
