Bonnyville, Canada NCSG Hauling & Rigging Full time

**NCSG Hauling & Rigging Bonnyville** is currently looking to grow our existing team and are seeking a **Dispatcher** to join our local branch on a full-time permanent basis. This position will assist with the daily operations which include responding to customer requests and facilitating dispatch, permits, and compliance.

**Your success will be defined by your ability to**:

- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices including NCSG’s Life Saving Rules, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- First contact point with all inbound calls with customers, public and staff;
- Promote the business and work closely with all area clientele including existing and potential clients;
- Support the preparation of quotations to customer requests with input from field crews for better understanding of job scope if necessary;
- Ensure all quotations are in accordance with and properly prepared and entered in accordance with Company estimating standards;
- Plan and execute mobilization and demobilization of drivers and equipment in order to achieve an optimum utilization of resources to execute the work to meet customers’ needs;
- Schedule’s assignments and coordinates activities for vehicles, drivers and crews;
- Price load tickets and input into Company software for proper invoicing;
- Work closely with other relevant departments to schedule and meet service requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in a similar role preferred;
- Must have previous customer service experience operating in a fast-paced environment (office/hospitality experience is welcome);
- Excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementing skills;
- Strong written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to a variety of audiences;
- Ability to solve complex problems using sound professional judgment, creativity, and innovation;
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
