**Custodian**

**Chisholm is a small private school and psychology practice. Our facility is a newer 20,000 square feet building. We require traditional daily cleaning, experience in operating and maintaining floor polishers, rug cleaners and small repairs of electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry.**

**We provide a very positive environment Hours are negotiable but generally are 11am - 7pm. Benefits include pensions, paid vacation, health.**

**Salary**: $33,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON L6J 7W5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (required)
- janitorial: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
