storage company with a variety of storage options on each site. Ideally we would like someone who has some forklift, skid steer or front loader experience.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor.
- Look for creative solutions to assist client’s storage needs.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, vendors, and service partners.
- Ensure safety and compliance aligns with provincial and company policies.
- Cleans and maintains vacant storage lockers as required.
- Property maintenance and management.
- Snow removal, landscaping and maintaining equipment.
- Loads & unloads product as required, considered a preference.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years customer service, landscaping or property management.
- 2+ years experience with MS Office - Outlook, Excel, Teams and Excel
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to build relationships with clients, vendors and business partners.
- Forklift license or skid steer experience, considered an asset.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
