Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Parts Assistant. As a Parts Assistant, you will coordinate the ordering and receiving of parts in a timely and effective manner.

Orders parts to maintain adequate supplies, meet repair needs.

Directs the supply of parts to road mechanics, other branches and customers.

Unloads incoming Parts/Materials and compares information on packing slip and verifies accuracy of shipment

Put away product by using Stock Keeping Unit locations

Responsible for pulling parts orders as well as filling transfers updating work orders with parts used on repairs.

Performs cycle counts on service trucks and internal shop inventories

Directs the operations of the Parts Department in order to maintain appropriate inventories and minimize costs.

Works with equipment vendors to learn the maintenance requirements and capabilities of new equipment added to inventory.

Perform other duties assigned as assigned by the manager.
