Victoria BC Dental with Dr Morgan Hall and Dr Leah Hall are looking to add a CDA to our team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, energetic, and has a team-first, let’s do this attitude We value enjoying every day and having a happy work environment. Our two attentive Dentists are a Father and Daughter team. We have two full time CDA's, however, one is back to college for upgrading. We are looking for another CDA to add to our amazing team.

- The desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally

Role Requirements:

- A degree in a recognized dental assistance program Current registration.
- Current CPR and First Aid training,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, an ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease,
- Ability to take direction when required to improve the patient and team experience,
- Experience with Power Practice and digital equipment an asset but not necessary.

Logistics: Permanent, Full-time: 8 hour shift, No evening or weekends

The working hours: Tuesday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM
