Transformer Table is currently looking for a highly motivated PR Manager who will be responsible for overseeing PR campaigns and managing a team of PR professionals. Your role will involve developing strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring the success of PR initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Organize and manage press events, conferences, and product launches.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze the impact of PR efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand image.
- Provide guidance to senior management on PR and communication strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a PR Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of PR principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, PR tools, and media monitoring software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
