The cybersecurity advisor manages the design, development, coordination, and implementation of security initiatives to ensure optimal operationalization of cybersecurity.

**What we expect from you**:
- Provide ownership and support for cybersecurity activities and operations;
- Define and develop processes, procedures and performance indicators for cybersecurity operations;
- Manage and analyze alerts, events and security logs generated by the various technological assets;
- Analyze and evaluate security bulletins from managed services, manufacturers and suppliers using standards and tools such as CVSS, NVD, CVE, etc.;
- Ensure the implementation and evolution of security solutions in collaboration with the various internal and external partners;
- Define and develop cybersecurity operational controls and ensure compliance demonstration according to the requirements of the verification bodies;
- Ensure the development, implementation and evolution of cybersecurity operational frameworks in collaboration with internal partners;
- Ensure the management of deviations from cybersecurity frameworks.

**What it takes to be successful in this role**:
For this role, we are looking for someone with strong cybersecurity skills and experience. He/She must also have good communication skills to be able to educate employees about cybersecurity.
**Knowledge**:
Have very good knowledge of information and communication technologies, particularly in security (eg AD / Azure AD, encryption, security monitoring, IAM, network perimeters, telecom, device management, etc.);
Knowledge of security normative frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.)
**Skills**:
Ability to popularize and synthesize;
Ability to explain a security strategy;
Ability to understand complex security situations.
**Skills and Attitudes**:
Be curious, rigorous, know how to work in a team, oriented on results and action, oriented on customer satisfaction.
**Trainings**:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field;
Security domain certification (CISSP, OSCP, CEH, etc.) (an asset).
**Experience**:
10+ years of relevant experience, including 5 in the field of cybersecurity;
Have worked in an environment including operational technologies (OT).
