Painter / Wallcoverer

The ability to maintain the tiled, painted and wallpapered finishes internal and external of the property as relevant in a manner consistent with that of.

Maintain and update finishing schedules, control stock and inventory for the paint shop, ensuring tools / equipment such as brushes and rollers are kept in a good condition.

Ability to work in a team environment, assisting on major emergencies, emergency clean up, shut downs & repairs if required.

Routinely clean all work stations in engineering areas and maintain a neat and organized work place, following best practice “clean as you go”.

Engage & assist guests in a positive and professional manner.

Respect the guests’ privacy and comfort at all times

Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.

Performs other tasks or projects as appropriately assigned by Engineering management /

Supervisor.
